maybe if your friend was looking for a base '97 3.0 with 80-09K miles, he would find one for 6500 or less.
i dont think anyone on this board would let theirs go for that price for a 98 or 99 with that few miles and as good as a condition that your friend wants
personally i have a 98 premium 3.0 with 91K miles with a few mods and no one could rip it away from my death grip for less that 10K!

true but people have gotten them for this price so might as well ask... trade in value is same or lower than 6500... who knows... might get lucky.
