Wood Steering Wheel?

I've been looking at my interior, and its so grey. Everything except the "wood" and the black around the gauges and radio is grey, it just looks so boring. I was wondering what you think about a wood wheel and shift knob. I think with a nice one, and some chrome gauge rings, it would look really classy.

I was thinking of a wheel like this

its a Nardi, so its expensive. But IMO, it looks pretty nice and would flow well with the interior. Even with a black center it would match some of the trim. Finding a wheel adaptor would be tough though.

And then a shift knob like this

All that with some chrome rings and it would be

EDIT: I cant afford any of that, I was just wondering what you thought about it.

if you had a 98/99 id tell ya to get an mdx wheel and call it a day. i think it would look much better, that wheel you got pictured there looks kinda iffy.

What does the MDX wheel look like? I just put a pic of that one, because it was the only one that wasnt three spoke.

i think since our horn buttons are four all around and not one on the airbag pad, it wont fit without some modification. someone chime in tho, i'd like to know as well.

i have been told that if you buy the 98 or 99 airbag the cruise will plug right up as will the air bag and horn button. I am not 100 percent sure though... can anyone here confirm that?

Won't work with a 97 without doing what I'm doing and swapping the airbag, clock spring, and doing some customization to the cruise and horn wires.

Hmm, so how long and how much would you estimate it to be for the whole process?

What color interior?

You'll need a steering wheel, airbag, and clock spring at least.
