Wiring Front Speakers!?

Ok, so I have everything else setup in my car. Got the carputer, lcd, amp powered and the rear speakers.. I just can't figure out how to get the speaker wire for the fronts through the door. I know there is a big clip there but I can't take it out no matter what I've done. Any suggestions!?? BTW i've learned to never install car audio stuff during the summer!! IT IS SO HOT OUT!! haha

I just went through this headache. You're going to have to use a coat hanger or something like it to fish the wire through the place where you say you can't get through. That's the only place you can run the wire w/o drilling another hole. It's a serious pain in the ass to get the connectors apart but they will if you keep at it. I also had to use a razor blade and had to cut into the black rubber much more than I wanted but I didn't have a choice and it looks fine now.
To get the connectors in the door apart: Pull back the black rubber on the door and pull the two molex connectors off from the "Car side" - one will be blue on top and the other is white. Pull them off seperately. Then pull the other connector out from inside the door. Pull down and then out and it should come out. It'snot going to be easy to go back but you can do it.
Also if you take out the metal pin in the door jam that prevents the door from swinging too far open it will give you about another 1/4 of a foot to play with. Use a big ass hammer and pliers to get it out and back in. If you have a friend to help it might be a good idea to just take the whole fucking the door off.

Good luck. You can do it.
