I got some fogs right now that I use halogens on, if I were to use HID's, would the housing melt?

i think i have the same ones you have if im not mistaken, the projector fogs off ebay

show me a pic and i can tell you, if i think i know what they are, they are plstic and should remain outside the housing since they are not meant for the high heats of an HID bulb

if u use REAL xenons, they burn a lot cooler than regular bulbs. If u are just talkin about the HID lookalike bulbs that are still technically halagon, they will be hotter.

ok, i'm talking abotu a REAL H3 HID kit... i dont think they're plastic... it doesnt feel plasti cat least, sort of feels aluminum
