AJ, my work wishes I lived here, we have a shower, and a nap room, but they'll never get me to sleep here!

I bought a Megan Header for my 97 2.2l and here's my Review. I first purchased it because my stock manifold had a huge crack on the #2 cylinder. The fitment was great for these and I did not bolt up the 2 hole mount that attaches to the motor so it could flex with the motor mounts and not break.
What I do not like is the Raspy Cricket type sound that comes under acceleration that is driving me nuts. I've taken them off twice now replacing the gaskets both times and there are NO exhaust leaks at all. The only thing I can see that would cause this is the excess weld metal on the collector inside the header and the bad flowwhere the tubes and flanges meet. Im going back to stock.
