I didnt get to ask the guy, place was busy as hell. But since he just was in there for a short time, didnt even pull it in the garage, he just adjusted something. I cant think of what I had mixed up. But yea, im happy as hell its fixed. Riding with no music is awful.

There are 4 fuses for the radio, 2 fuses and 2 backups, look in your manual. There are 2 in the fuse panel by the driver's feet, 2 in the engine bay. Mine when it blew was in the engine bay, it's a blue one.

I had the same problem. Here's how you do it.
Your Bose amps need a turn-on output from the head unit to work.
Right now the blue wire from the head unit is providing that function. When the blue wire has voltage, the Bose amp turns on and you hear sound.
The blue wire is a power antenna wire. It has voltage only when the radio is on, not when the CD is on.
Therefore the blue wire is the wrong wire to use for turning on the Bose amps.
You need to disconnect the blue wire, and, in its place, connect the blue/white wire.
The blue/white wire has voltage whenever the head unit is turned on, regardless of whether you're listening to the CD, the radio, or whatever.

The internal amp was probably not turned on. It was probably adjusted default for the preouts to be used rather then the internal amp. Come to think of it that is the way my deck is. Glad you got it fixed bro.
