burnt 90-93 teggys , stock, one with a fart can.
saturns with the 1.8 dohc. two different guys. one with a hundred shot, but by the time it started working for him we were at the next light(little more than a quarter mile.
all sorts of civics, focus even a six cylinder mustang. that one surprised me. beat him from a stop, was at a car and a half and 110 before we eased up.
a dakota R/T. we were already rollin and I bounced on him....I just think he got scurrd, we were upwards of 110 on that one too.
and my cousins neon, all bolt-on's, pulleys, mopar chip. we hung tight till about 115 then he dropped back hard. when he caught up to me he said his car shut off!
LOL! fucken governor!

most times I race, it's on the highway going home or from the light to get on that highway.

on Monday, some neon comes behind me on the freeway and rides my ass in right lane. He had a hood scoop and wierd bumper. I've never seen an SRT-4 in person so I thought that's what it was. Giving up hope of a close race, I slow down so he would pass me.....lo and behold, it's some crappy silver regular neon with a white body kit. He revs, I floor....he had some kind of shot of NOS, but I still walked him...






I hate neons.....

Ive been able to take a few BMW 3 series, older mustangs, integra's, accords, and just about any VW w/ the 1.8T on the freeway, but thats it. I think a fat bitch runnin after a doughnut on a string could accelerate faster off the line that my 3.0CL

hmmm. not much for american cars but i dont think there is a 5.0 after 93. it should be a 4.6l. but either way, i still have a hard time beliving that you beat either of those cars even at stock. maybe they didn't know they were racing?

same goes for the 95 Legend.. holy crap.. the GS's with 6spd manual will cream most.. and i had a legend before.. it handles heck of a lot better on s-turns then the CL's on stock suspension

The mustang had a 5.0 until 1995, in 1996 they dropped a 4.6 in it as well as different taillights.

I got murdered, toyed with, and absolutely owned by a BMW 3-series on a curvy road.

You guys complain about our cars being slow, but I got a 3.0 V6 and I feel like I can hold my own against alot of cars out there.

I've not raced too many times. Used to get smoked alot in my 90 GS Teg. The 3.0 CL stomps the crap out of em' of the line. The only car I've taken a good stomping from was a 70 Mach 1. He was just toying with me, I know I didn't have a chance, but I wanted to hear it romp. As for punking cars, my favorite punk was an '03 ES 300. Not sure how I beat him. But it was a good 80 mph before I shut her down.

out of all the times ive been burned.. i would have to say the viper killed me the worst..
i tried to cut him off on the freeway..
i dropped a gear, and my vtec screamed through my intake, and then as he heard this happen..we were at about 70mph, then he dropped a gear, and hit easily 110-120mph, while i was just reaching 85mph..
