They ditched the CL and got G35 and STI's. There's still some that have H22's...

I'm not even going to try to make this car fast cause there's no point...

3.0s can be made fast with a lot of upgrades, motor internals/bolt-ons, exhaust, and transmission upgrades, but really, the CL is not meant to be a race car. It is way too heavy to be a performer. But you can make it quick enough to be both fun and useful in traffic.

But really, the CL is a ride, not a Civic coupe... so if you really want fast, gut and build up a civic or buy a muscle car. If you want a nice luxary touring coupe, bolt on some extras and enjoy your CL.

So why did you "cheap out" on the rear struts...? Why not stick with AGX on both front and rear? Just curious.

we'll at the time i didn't have enough $$ for the rears...so i bought the GR2s cuz i never thought that i was gonna go as low as i was.. but i did and they blew...

thats all changing though, some new coils comming my way

as i look back, i know i "cheaped out" and i wish i would of saved for real coilover

but i dont regret it one bit..

yeah, especially since my motor mount was broken.

clman02 put his in the other day, noticed a difference also. but his motor mount was also broken lol

you really can feel it, its a lot stiffer your steeling wheel vibrates and everything shakes a little bit cuz the motor doesnt have much to dampen the vibrations anymore
