Where to get a catalyc converter?

My catalyc converter is busted on my 98 2.3. Acura wants $1,300 for it. Just curious to know if anyone knows how or where to get one for cheap. I'm going to check with the junk yards this week and see if they have any. Are these things universal on other Acura cars? Thanks in advance.

I was browsing through that website and didn't see any for the CL. Do you know if they are universal for Acura vehicles? Do you have any experience with them?

Thanks

one of my friends said these are pretty good, and they are way cheaper than that other place. i assume you would need to get it flanged to be bolt on, which makes it 145 i think.

not sure. plan on getting one at the same time as my headers, which should be in a couple months. it says select make model and year at check out, i would probably put in 97 accord ex cause thats the intake, header, and catback you would use.
