what stuff do i need

i need to cut a hole in my fender what should i use?it has to be perfect/exact measurments and smooth...also what can i use besides two sided tape to hold my doorsills on(opoxy/glue).my door on the passenger side closed and kinked it.(hammered on a board as best as possible any other tricks?if not it doesn't look that bad).i want it to be as flush and as stuck down as possible.

Be sure to (the blue masking tape.)tape off the area that you are cutting.. It will keep the burrs down and give you a little protection if you do skip off and knick your paint. Plus the tape gives you a grove to cut to help steady it. You would want to use a cutting wheel tool for the dremel. Just take your time.
