WHAT SIZE TIRE DO I GET FOR.....

well, guys.. i gonna buy 17" TENZO 10-spokes in white to match my car in a few weeks...
what tire size should i go with...
currently running 16" stocks on dunlop sp8000
225/45 SR16... fills the wheel well nicey nice... i want the wheel well to stay looking full... but with out too much meat on the tire.. what do you think???

Don't you need 17" tires. I would go with a 225 45 17 if you want more tire. I have 225 40 18 and love the 40 series, looks sleeker.

you should buy some 18's with a 225/40/18 but if you get 17's try to find a 235/40/17 that would look great if it will fit. But you may have an easier time finding 225/40/17 that would look similar to the 16's you have now with the 45 series tire

ok.... I was mistaken after checking.. my tires are currently 225/50 SR 16...
so you say that a 225/40 or 45 R 17 should look the same as far as filling my wheel well?

See I would love to go w/ 18s but with these NY pot holes, I dent them in aheart beat... I know from past experiences!!!
