what shocks would be good

what shocks would be good with H&R springs. would i need to get a camber kit wit these springs?

I recommend KYB AGX struts or Koni "yellows".

Not sure about the camber kit.

Koni yellows are very nice, the best in a market as far as i know.

I had tokico (blue ones) I liked them,they were really good.

From what I heard, Tokico and Konis are more "racey" aka, they'll ride harder. The person I bought my shocks from recommended the KYBs instead and said the ride quality is alot better.
