What happened today?
So Im leaving class, today around 12pm ish and I'm driving my friend home with me. I get in the car start it up and it goes crank crank crank crank crank start. But it was like a soft start like it barely started. I've never had a problem like this before, battery/alt are both fine. After that it was fine. Any way it could just be a 1 time thing? Car started perfect in the morning?

its the fuel pump.
that shit happens to me periodically.
I cant find another reason for why this happening.
its kind of like its not at a high enough pressure, the fuel is just not getting pushed it seems like

I had a little less then a 1/2 tank of gas. This is actually the 2nd time this has happeend to me and its just random once in the morning and then today. It kinda cranks like 4-5x and that lightly (barely) starts. And then it drove like a dream...
Hmmm So you guys think its a fuel issue? I had way more then a 1/4 tank...Do I need to use one of those fuel tank cleaners?
The only other thing that was different about today is it was drizzling, and very overcasted?!

Well...It wasnt even really slow to start, it like sounded like it wasnt even gonna turn over then after the 4-5th crank it slowly started. How come it started fine in the morning? Can anyone give me a good explanation? I've never heard anything like this before...
