I only see those LED arrows on Ford Explorers and Suburbans that rock the APC Euroclear tailights..

the concept is a good idea so if your changing lanes and a car is next to you they see you directional in the side mirror. however they look good as oem when the leds are reccessed in the mirror, not stuck on.

Those aren't flashy enough for me.
You know what would rock? Instead of those tiny subtle arrows, HUGE NEON HANDS THAT POINT OUT with a sign underneath that flashes:
