What colors are illegal?
I saw the under body light kit on ebay for 90 bucks and was wondering what colors are ilegal to have? I have a white cl and red would look tight

only white lights are legal in cali. red and blue is a fix it ticket. im not sure about green tho. but i think it's because it's the color of emergency vehicle lights.

ive heard that in NY, all colors that would be used on an emergency viechle (cops, ambulance, fire...) are illegal... which leaves us with purple, yellow, white... I think thats it....

In Florida all colors are legal except Red/Blue. In addition the bulb cannot be showing. The light glowing from the bulb is allowed; but the neon tube itself is not allowed to be showing. I personally have white neons (black car) and the tube was shwoing i got pulled over. My fix for it was to put black electrical tape all on the side of the bulb. so that it shines throughout the undercarrige of the car; but the part of the bulb thats visible from the side is covered by the electrical tape :-)
