what can WE beat?
ok, i have a first gen 2.2 auto. what kind of cars can we actually beat on a straight away race? like lets say from a stop light and flooring it....just curious..not like i will actually do it...

Your past two topics/threads sucked.... i cant believe i replied to your "Class" one.

To answer your question - go experiment. See if you can take that mini van by slap shifting, you might be able to get it up top.

take it to the track and try to race an accord, i4 solara, or maybe a civic or camry. A stock 2.x auto probably wont to much

ditto, all the veterans know our cars just aren't fast, and only serious work can be done to make em fast, most of us just enjoy easy mods and a nice ride..

wow my friend just told me he got beat by a corolla.

oh yeah, my friend has a non type-s rsx stick....and the corolla was one of those new xrs...

dude i would trade my cl for one of those new corolla xrs...

isnt the base rsx like 160hp? i drove my cousins 06 base 5speed a/t rsx for awhile, and that thing is def. faster than my 2.2auto

eh. your a 2.2 auto. You really dont stand much of a chance with too much. Auto civics, stuff like that.
A lot of it comes down to the driver though.
