Legendary, and anyone else using the yellow headlights...these bulbs are street legal correct? Just seems cops would be all over my ass around here with my car blasting yellow beams..Ive been looking at these for a while, but none of the auctions on ebay seem to say street legal or not. I know some of the blue/purple ones arent allowed in certain areas, so i am unsure whether the yellow are allowed on the road?
If someone could help me out, it would be appreciated.

are the yellow bulbs bright? or atleast as bright as stock bulbs? ive already bought so many tinted bulbs that suck for light output, so bad that at times it didnt even look like i had them on. Dont want to deal with that crap, another reason why i hate the blue ones

What you do is take a 9005 bulb and cut out the tabs on the inside and place it in your 9006 socket. before my CL was totaled i had the conversion done with sylvania silverstars and they were bright as hell, almost HID-like i loved it. be sure to angle them down if you can though.
how does it make it brighter and if i am getting hid, do i need brighter, won't it be excesive?(i love excesive!!!)

Nokya Stage I yellow bulbs are SUPER bright.. i get flashed alteast once a day by oncoming traffic.. it really depends on the cops in your area on wether the bulbs are legal or not.. ive never been pulled over.. but i have this feeling that cops want to pull me over.. haha..
anywho.. i would recommend yellow for those of u who are sick of blue bulbs.. and want to try something different..
btw.. if u want a example of how bright they are.. think of the yellow foglights on the newer lexus'... except MUCH MUCH brighter

i got my arcitc whites today and i was going to put it em, so i tried removing the plastic wiring cap that goes into the bulb, so i held down the plastic tab and pushed down...and it wouldnt move...i did it like 10 times and it still wouldnt move, i was assuming that they havent been changed in a while so they might be hard to get off? any ideas?

not exactly sure what you mean, but maybe if you used a flathead screwdriver to stick in there? they are always helpful if you cant push a tab down.
you should just have to take that off, and then turn the thing a little and it slides right out. i do not sound helpful at all
oh yeah, make sure you dont touch the bulbs with your bare hands

well i can press the tab down just fine, but when i press the tab down its impossible to slide it off. It wont move at all. I was wondering why it didnt move cause i pressed the tab down as far as it would go.

I've had nothing but bad luck w/ aftermarket bulbs, they all burn out or blow up eventually. Now I only use slyvania bulbs from pep boys, they are the oem bulbs for the majority of manufacturers. Then again, I don't care about "pure white" bs.
I modded a 9005 into my low beam, worked perfectly for 3+ years.
