What brand oil filter you using for synthetic?
I read from several sources that synthetic lasts much longer than conventional oil but that most people typically change it at 3,000 mi. because the oil filter isn't made to withstand that length of time and still function effectively.
I'm thinking of using a K&N filter or a higher end filter so I can go about 5,000 mi. on the oil.
Any thoughts or experiences?
