... it's not too complicated of a procedure.
I usually do it even without jackstands, but I advise against that. I'm stupid, you're not!
Anyways here are the instructions:
1. untighten the lug nuts on your wheel
2. pop up your hood, and remove the brake fluid cap
3. lift car
4. put it on jackstands
5. remove lug nuts, and remove wheel
6. remove two bolts holding caliper assembly with a wrench
7. remove the used brake pads
8. using a c-clamp slowly push the piston back into caliper assembly
9. put in new pads
10. re-assemble caliper assembly
... and the rest, you can probably figure out!
Good luck. Don't forget to torque your bolts/nuts accordingly.

on the rear piston, there is a slot in the middle of it. you will need a big flat head screw driver-- screw it back in flat and once you are done you will need to go play with the e-brake while sitting there...pull and release it a lot to set it.

Actually, you really only need to remove the bottom 17mm bolt from the front caliper. After removing the bolt, simply rotate the caliper up.
Make sure that you use the anti-seeze paste that comes with pads (should be a gray paste, Honda calls it Molly Paste). Spread this at the area that the piston will clamp down on the back of the pad, on the sides, and for the other pad, spread it on the area that the caliper hits the pad. Make sure not to spread any on the pad material itself.
Put the pads back in, and tighten down the 17mm bolt. The correct way to tighten it down is to tighten it until it stops (dont apply TOO much torque). Once it stops, rotate the wrench approx. 1/8 of a turn and stop.
After re-installing the pads, get back into the car and LIGHTLY press on the brake pedal. If you press the pedal all the way to the floor, you can damage the brake master cylinder. Press on the brake pedal until it gets stiff. Once stiff, start the engine and pump once again until normal brake pedal feel.
For the rears, they should be 14mm bolts holding the calipers (take out both, you can't cheat on these). Follow the same directions as above.
When tightening the lug nuts, the proper amount of torque applied should be 80ft/lbs.

Oh, and there is a special tool available from Snap-On, MAC, Matco, and Cornwell tools for the rear pistons. It looks like a cube with multiple "dots" that slip into the grooves of the piston. You MAY be able to purchase this tool at sears, but no promise. here's the one available through Snap-On http://buy1.snapon.com/catalog/item....re&dir=catalog
