Ok so this is the third week my car has been in the shop, car painted kit all customed on, I live in pensacola and the car is in savannah georgia. Daym, fucking transmission blew out on me and sure don't have the money for it. Bummer, got tired of waiting for my car to be done and now this.... Do anybody live around savannah and can hook me up with a tranny??? would accord tranny work??? help needed bad, thank you.

See he was driving and he went to park and then drive, it wouldn't go in gear, mines an automatic. It stayed on neutral on all drives. even on reverse, he changed out the fluid today and he said it was very dirty with alot of particles in it.. You think i have to rebuild or can it be one of the sensor?

i'm getting this warantee from GUARDIAN.

they know my trannys goin out but wil give me the warantee even tho they know that the

warantee will cover it, they are keeping it on the D/L . .. . . This is due to my warantee running out.

Honda/Acura wouldnt give me an extended warantee. I can scan the pamphlet if your interested

 

what year 3.0? if its 97 i'll just have to find a 97 3.0CL tranny. i think if its 98-99 3.0CL you can use the 98-02 Accord V6 tranny.

 

Mines a 97, i found somebody to rebuild it for 900. I guess thats good comparing to other places offereing 1500+. See if the honda accord is the same type of tranny than i don't think i would want to buy an used one, because of the recall on tranny slip.
BUt daym still bummed out...
