Hello, after digging through the search on many threads and many other forums ( accord tuner etc... all i want to know is ,, Is the UR SS pulley system for my 97 acura cl 2.2 dangerous to the crank shaft or at all to my engine , and will i feel some power from it. Thank you.

 

it is more benefical to use the aem one for the 2.2/3 the UR is best for 3.0's mainly its more expensive too, but the aem one will work fine

will i get the gains from the AEM ? There not the crank pulley, can i mix Urs crank pulley with AEM power pulley ? Is the crank pulley harmful to my engine

 

Dont do it...the quality control of these aftermarket manufacturers is nothing compared to OEM. This is a part of a balanced system and IMO shouldnt be messed with.

I've seen people with lightweight pulleys have problems with oil pumps blowing up (yes blowing up) too.

 

if your planning on getting the most performance out of your 2.X get the ur underdrive pulley.. the rest are for show
