"Upgrading" stereo system?
I'm interested to find out what Acura OEM stereo will fit into our CL's? I'm not a stereo guy so I don't know jack. Mine is just the standard Bose CD AM/FM system. I'd like to get something newer...something Acura/Bose OEM that has like a CD and cassette or even in dash CD changer.
Do the newer TL's, CL's and RL's have systems like that? And will it fit?

I think you're sniffin up the wrong tree... the newer CL, TL, RL and MDX all use pretty much the same deck, but its faceplate makes it useless for anyone with a standard double DIN opening.
Only thing I can suggest is the deck out of a 1st gen TL... last I knew they had the cd/cassette combo with the Bose system.
Doing this, you will not gain any sound quality, just the convience of a cassette deck and a slightly cleaner looking deck.

if you are looking to swap radios.. OEM is NOT the way to go!!! Change out your radio and speakers from BOSE (no highs no lows, gotta be bose).. nad really upgrade your listening experience... i am a radio guy and have a 5th place IASCA system in my ride... if you swap OEM for OEM ytou are stuck with your radio now.. the 1st gen TL & CL radios are identical... no 2nd gen will fit!!! sorry man!

Even if you do get a new CL/TL cd player, it will cost the same as if you would get a descent aftermarket one. And the aftermarket HU will tear any stock CD players' ass.
