Turbo V-Tec is a PITA. It's unreliable and that is why not many do it. Get the CompTech S/C. Much better performance and many less hastles.

F22's on the other hand have alot more potential... just rebuilding the engine alone can bump you up into the 160-180 fwhp range, and then there's always the possibility of boosting the thing, which can throw you up into the mid-high 200's... check out xrunner86x and niedjb in the archives... All the while, the f22 5speed can probably withstand it all without flinching (given you upgrade the clutch and flywheel of c'.)

thx for the replys it really pisses me off that they didn't ever offer a manual with the 3.0 I just can't get why they do that? The same problem is with the mid grade engine on the Cadillac CTS, no manual available unless u get the bottom of the line or the top of the line expensive ass v8
