what is the 3.0's tranny code?

According to the 1997/98 Acura 3.0CL Service Manual:

1997: M7ZA = 4-speed Automatic

1998: B6VA = 4-speed Automatic

1999: ???????? (I don't know)

thanks dust...do you know if there are any shift improver kits that can be used on our tranny.

dust...would you think the B&M tranny cooler is any better then the hayden?

I'm not really sure! I've seen both recommended, but settled on the Hayden. I think the bulk of the folks over on AV6 recommend the B&M and Hayden equally.

As for the shift kit improvements, I not aware of any out there. This doesn't mean that there aren't any. I have limited knowledge about tranny upgrades, and only know about what Level 10 offers. http://www.levelten.com/
