i have a 98 CL v6 3.0. I want to convert it to a stick. I know its possible kause ive seen it before. the question is where kan i find the tranny and the parts? will it bolt right on? thanx in advance

It will bolt right on to your block, but NOT to your engine bay. You will need a custom tranny mount and possibly relocate the engine mounts.
Converting from an auto to manual in any car require the same parts. Just let the shop deal with that.
You will need a custom harness to get this to work as well. I can send you a link for this harness. (I'm not 100% sure if this will work with your ECU since it's different from the 98-02 accords. You'll have to read the thread and determine this yourself, the thread is 34 pages long I think)
You have to be lucky to find the tranny by itself. You have to search around at junk yards. You can pay someone to do the searching for you. There are sites that do this. They only charge you if they find you the part. I had no luck though when I did this.
03' Acura CL Type S 6 speed tranny is one of the 3 trannies you can use. The other two I know what car it comes form, but I don't know the particular years by head. You'll have to do this research yourself.
Average cost for the tranny swap is $6500 (assuming you pay $2500 for labor).
