Tornado Air Management System
hey i just saw a commercial for this. it says it can give up to 20hp and 24% better gas mileage. is this true? also, i have a AEM CAI, so it might be different. if thats true, its a really good deal for $70. If anyone has bought it, how is it? can u see a difference? any info would be a big help cuz if it doesnt really work i dont wanna waste that money.
i never fully trusted any infomercial

Yeah its basically all bullshit. Friends of mine who own shop have them, tried them out and noticed nothing. If you do notice anything, its a placebo. How can something for $70 give you 20 hp??

Yeah, it's been the consensus of 99.9% of the folks on the board (who have responded to numerous other threads on the Tornado) that this item sucks! :thumbsdn:

It's a sound theory. But way over priced! Stirring up airflow does make sense and Harley Davidson did that with thier first ever radiator for the V-Rod.
But you never know just how the air flow inside your air tube into your intake. Perhaps it's already stirred up.
Either way...$70 bucks is way too much for a piece of sheet metal. You can fashion your own and experiment.
