Tires

What do people recommend for high-performance / all season tires to replace the stock Michelin MXV4 Energy Plus XSE with. Please note that I am looking for a tire that will fit on my stock 16" rims. The research that I have done so far seems to highly recommend Toyo. Please be sure to mention the model of the tires that you recommend. Feel free to mention tires to avoid as well. Thanks in advance for the feedback.

Michelin MXV4 - not too bad, but not worth replacing at the high price
Dunlop Sp Sport A2 - Lasted about 4 months, stay away
Falken Ziex ZE-512 - Cheaper, better looking tread pattern, lasting much longer than the dunlops, quiet, nice handling wet and dry, also decent in snow/ice
There are a bunch of threads about tires if you do a search, most of them are more performance tires though not all season.
