tire spray

with my car ('97, 2.2) i'm having trouble with the amount of water spray from my rear tires. it seems like when i drive through the rain, each back side panel (behind the tire) gets a lot of spray from the tires, and dries with all kinds of waterspots; pretty annoying to have to keep cleaning it. any ideas?

I put on rear mud guards which helped a bit. I still get a fair amount of water/dirt/mud on the sides of the bumper cover.

I'm probably going to remove them when I install my rear lip.

honestly, i cannot think of a way to prevent tire spray. i guess youll have to avoid rain/wet roads.

its just like washing your car and when you take it for a spin, it suddenly rains while you are driving.. its a bitch, though, aint nothing you can do about it.
