Hey guys. I have Xentec 4300 Hids installed. I didnt do the installing of them. They were on when I bought the car.
Lately i have been having a problem with the passenger side flickering then turning off when I hit the brakes a little too hard.
I checked the wiring and redid some poorly done crimps and sodering.
Well none of it helped. But only the passenger side.
The ballasts are secured to a flat position. Any thoughts??

Check the connections for corrosion and such. Try switching the ballasts see if the problem switches sides if so ballast is going out.

^^ my drivers side is doing that now...but that's only because the ballast is like 3 years old and on its way out. 9.99 ballast ebay replacements ftw. If your ballasts are fairly new, it could be that either you're not running a fused wiring harness with your ballasts (which stabilizes the power load on your electrical system), you have a loose connection, or your ballast is a dud.

I had that issue, turned out to be a faulty relay harness. Got direct plug and play harnesses and it went back to normal.

If you have the issue with direct plug and plays its either the ballasts or the bulbs usually.
