thinkers only pleaseee need a word!!
ok my grandmother lives in Dominican Republic and they have power outgages all the damn time she has this system where energy is stored into a battery from the current electricity and when the lights go out the system activiates and provides electricity,the one she has fucked up so i wanna find out how much it cost here. ok i dont know WTF its called in english, i;ve heard of trickle battery but i cant find one tahts for a house?? anyone got a name for that system!!

she is probably using my company's battery, we are pretty commonly used in the renewable energy systems for homes. She will be using a deep cycle battery.

Also, call her up and see if she's using a trojan, i'd be interested in knowing. If he's not, give me his address so I can send her some info. We really are the best in the market and are the original pioneers.

hmm, not really experienced on the systems, are you sure it's not just the battery? How long has she had the system?

it's called an inverter and it's a key circuit in a UPS - uninterruptible power supply -it changes dc voltage to ac for you to use. the battery/s go in or outside the UPS
three sources:

ask for Rick Singer or Larry Dixon - tell em' stefan sent you and you might get good discount - my old job
they can hook you up with batts, UPS, whatever - tell them what you need and they can point you.
if not MGE UPS Systems makes a really good one - two jobs ago - located right around the corner form clpower
and lastly APC - but i have some issues with their product.
