I grew up in Miami. There definitely is a street scene down there. C'mon, its the bass capital of the world...and as everyone knows...once you start doing something aftermarket to your car...it never stops there. About 60-80 miles north of Miami is Moroso Motor speedway, a pretty good track. Just remember, Miami is always #1 or #2 in car theft, so you better have a fortress ready to protect yours (had my old civic broken into 4 times in high school).
