best thing to do is check your wiring and your connections. If everythings correct, try splicing inot the original wiring for those items so both work at the same time. make sure the contact between the metal's are good and secure ( solder them ) also insulate them with electrical tape ( neatly ) or ( shrinkwrap / high temp ).

you are proby gonna have to replace the gauges. they are dilicate as FUCK. i broke my temp and gas needles and my tach had down syndrome for like two weeks but it went back to normal (thank god!). you can buy each gauge movement on that site where everyone gets their oem parts (someone chime in here please). OR you can just get a new 94-97 accord gauge cluster on ebay for a lot cheaper.

okay ill have a tech at acura check it and see if it they can fix it, but if i broke the needle thing is that the big ass metal thing that comes out from the gauge or what? and if they broke would it be smarted to have a mechanic put them in or someone who knows what they are doing or just leave them stock?

you cant repair them , thats for sure and if you could i'm sure it would cost more money than to replace them. anyone can put them on, you just have to be ULTRA carefull.

It is a personal preference. Have you tried changing the bulbs to make a different look? I like my stock guages, but you may be looking for a little extra style. I will say this, I won't give up function for pizzaz. This is probably why I haven't gone for the M3 Mirors. I like the stock mirror heaters. And, this is why I haven't gone for the indiglow guages, there is just too much to go wrong. But, and this is a question to anyone, could you modify the guage package from another make of vehicle, say a LEXUS or something and put them in. I really dig the old-school LEXUS guages with the florescent looking needles. Is there such a thing as a needle swap?
