Superchargers
Is there a supercharger or turbo made specifically for the 1999 2.3CL? If not, is there one made for another car that will fit the 1999 2.3CL without any modifications needed?

Speaking from a 3.0 standpoint same concepts
Supercharger = alot less lag more throttle respones more strain on your motor due to the pulley setup which also robs some power.
Turbo = less dependable (though changing very quickly) alot of tubing for the air to travel through which results in turbo lag, but you can change your driving style to make up for this
Comptech makes a supercharger for the 98 accord that I was told by a comptech rep could easily with little modification of mounting hardware be put in a 1st gen CL. I have both cars in my driveway the V6A coupe and 3.0 CL and the differnce in engine bay room is minimal at best. Basically DRY CELL in the trunk to relocate your battery. Here's a pic and right up in an Accord

Jackson Racing is rumored to make one also.
Turbo is all about the tubing if you can bend it you can build it.
IMO Turbo is the way to go if your not building a replacement motor. You can always go to a bigger turbo as the motor gets built up for it. But Honda trannies are not the strongest which is a problem.
