I went to the dealer and they looked in the computer... no part # either. Called the warehouse, they said the lamp was a sealed unit and you'd have to replace the whole damn thing.

They're fucking stupid!
The bulb type for our fog lights is "H3". Even frickin' Pep Boys carries H3 bulbs. Don't go to the counter. Go to where the 9006 and 9005 headlight bulbs are located (on the rack). There should be H3 bulbs. They usually cost about $9.00 a piece for stock bulbs.
The lamp is not sealed. There are 5-7 screws (you'd think I remember how many after tearing them apart, just last weekend). [The fog lights need to be removed from the car.] Once the screws on the back are removed, it comes off and you have access to the bulb. There is a rubber gasket that fits between the back and the main body of the lamp that helps keep moisture out, but I'd hardly called that a sealed lamp.
Here's a few links to show the H3: http://216.82.69.117/search_results....el=2&subcat=76 (2nd bulb from the top)
