Stock 99 2.3 CL - How to increase HP
Other than put in a K&N air filter, what are some things I can do to increase HP:
1. Cold Air Intake
2. New ceramic header and exhaust
3. ???

This is the second gen forum, so youre not going to get much help over here for this.
If you really want some more power though, save up for an H22 or even an H23 VTEC swap.
