Squeaking Noise?

My 98CL 3.0 at 55 000 miles has a noise coming from the dash console. The noise is present whenever i drive over bumps on the road which is any small vibration the car absorbs. The noise is a squeaking sound like a fan blade loose or not oiled this is the best way of describe the sound. I am sure this noise is inside the car not the engine nor suspension. There is nothing in the glove box and this sound is present almost all the time on rough roads. Could the ball joint slight looseness give the suspension a rougher ride thus making the dash move and vibrate at every uneven road surface. Is this common for acuras, as for the dash being noisy? I have an older accord this dash noise was present in that car. So could this be that age is creeping up on the car and just live with the noise?
What does anyone think please comment on if you have had the same problem.

I have the same problem, everything creaks and squeeks in my car. The dashboard, the center console, something in the back : /

I don't mean to hijack but if you take it to the dealer, can they fix that?>

They can fix anything but $133/hr at Acura dealer just to test drive and say its normal i probably have to live with it. Just have to add a amp so the music drowns out the noise.

133 holy moly, the local bmw mechanic charges 50 an hour.

Anywho is it a creek, or does it go in tone and speed with the fan (you mentioned it was a fan noise)

As for if it's normal, My car's seat squeeks when nobody sits in it, It may be a Leather "contemporary luxury" car but They are still honda parts.

Yes the noise is like a creek just as you would be walking on old wood floors thats the best way to describe the noise. The noise comes from the front below the windscreen and inside the dash, probably just plastic clips compressing and releasing holding the dash in place. But the noise disappears when driving at highway speeds 80 or 90 or maybe all the cars around drown out the noise, my tires are loud.

$133.25/hr seems high, honda dealers go about $89/hr but the service at Acura dealer is amazing there is a indoor drive-in so you don't even have to get out of your car to talk to customer service. Its just like Mcdonalds place your order or in this case 'what would you like done to your car sir' except your indoors thank you for shopping at Acura come again.

I think it may be the fan in the A/C vent. I know Clpower had this problem and thats what he thought it was. It's like a squirrel cage fan thats behind the vents.
