springs, HID's, amp, paintwork. What to do?

Heres the deal, looking to do some things I am not sure where to start. Wanting to do this 1st week in January

Paintwork on my hood and front bumper.(rock chips, rust) $600.00

Springs. Have pro-kits, wanna go lower. Im thinking $350, for labor and springs

HID's. Wanna do a plug-n-play 6000k. Thinking $500-650

Amp. Already have a nice system, but I wanna to a large 2 channel on my Focal's

So trying to get some opinions on what to do first. Or give me some more suggestions

I'm not sure what u want to do first, but def. do the paint last! for the obvious reason of course. I don't know how it is in Houston, but perfect paint work gets ruined pretty fast...

you can get the hids for way less than $550-$600! I would do the springs and install myself and use the rest of the money for some hids! You can get springs and hids for under $600 easy (well depending on what springs... but that shouldnt be much of an issue).

I kinda wanted to stick with a name brand. So the link I posted was alot more but it's a Phillips system. Also dont want to go no more than 6000k. Dont want that purple look
