pro kit will have a large gap in the front still, but you won't need a camber kit, and it will ride better

sportlines will need a camber kit, and they will be slightly bumpier, but they will look better.

niether absolutely need new shocks, but if you have the cash go for it.

I don't speak for everyone but I had a horrible experience with my pro-kits. I was so disappointed in the drop. There was a drop there, but hardly noticeable. I say, either go all the way or don't do it at all. That is unless you're conservative. If the only thing keeping you from slamming the car is money, save up and slam it because you're going to do it eventually.

Unless you want the "slammed look", the Pro-Kit springs on a 3.0 look good!

The Sport springs will tuck your front tires under the wheel well (which looks goofy to me--no wheel well space above the tire, but wheel well space in front of and behind the tire). However, most peeps don't seem to care about that.

EDIT: It's a great time to swap your shocks/struts. This way you won't need to "repeat" the process when the stock ones blow (whenever that will be).

my stock struts are still fine and i was dropped on goldline 2.25" drop for 1 full year, then prokits for 6 months, and now slammed close to 3" on skunk 2 coilovers for a few months.

Every time I switched the suspension the struts would still pop right back up when you compress them. (just got lucky I guess, because my 97 accord struts blew about 6 months after a 1.75" drop)

I haven't seen a prokit on a 3.0 in person, but on a 2.3 they don't look too great.

VXCL-once you get some new wheels with low pros you'll have mad gap in the front. (with the prokit)

true there will be more gap but i dropped the front onto the lower perch so its sittin lower then in the pic. all i know is the front of my car sits a little less than 5" off the ground. i cant go much lower i have enough probs already. another .5" is prob all i could get away with. everything is a damn hill in nj and pa
