so i ust got my car back from the shop..
just got the ride back from the shop and the muffler is all rusted and the piping is detached from the cat... for full story check out car talk
but any way so today i just detatched the piping from the car so now its comin straight outta the cat ..all i have to say is
DAYUM !!! shit is waay to loud dont know how anyone can enjoy a car being anywhere near this loud
any draw backs ? im only gunna be drivin it till monday till my exhaust arrives

huge draw back low back pressure. it can burn out ur valves. especially on a 4 cylinder, which relys on back pressure for high rpm's. i wouldnt take it on the highway, or above like 3k rpm. have u ever heard a cruiser motor cycle with a new exhaust. like a brrrrrbuuuu the buuu is the engine sucking air back through the tail pipe. which is what ur engine is doing above a certain rpm. ok for v8 but not 4cyl.
