Side mirror connector
Hi,
Yesterday I changed my Window regulator using the DIY published in this forum.
It was awesome achievement once it was done. I had great trouble completing it coz I didnt have proper equipment. My wife helped me by holdind the Window glass while i was working to remove the Hardware. It was some experiance
.
Anyhow, Here is the problem: Opening the Door panel was a pain specially where the power side mirrors connectors (green colored) are located. I have left it unattached while putting the door panel back coz it was very very difficult to attach it back to the socket.
Does anyone know on how to attach the green power side mirror connectors without opening the door panel?

I dont understand explain what you mean by the "Green Power side mirror connector" .......
is this the triangular plastic cover that goes on the inside of the mirror....the mirro backing triangular piece.....
if it is the above piece then try removing the metal clips on the tabs inserting the metal clips in the frame and then pressing the plastic cover into the clips socket....do all of this with the mirror in the down position....
hope this helps

Pop your mirror connector out, then pull the cable up through and connect it

You just had the door panel open? Just pop the mirror button out and pull the green plug up and plug it in with the door panel on, that's how i always do it
