you doin it yourself or havin someone do it? What they charging you and what are they doing?
For some proper autocare afterwards
get some waffle weave microfiber towels to dry with www.properautocare.com has good big blue towels, but pricey, but definately worth it
then when you wax, go w/ the air. Go front to back on the hood, roof and trunk and up and down on the sides. Do not go in a circular motion. Also go buy some small microfiber towels to get the wax off with

Its worth it to buy an orbital buffer. You can get them preatty cheap ($30) and with a good cleaner wax, i use meguire's, it takes all the swirls and webbs out of the finish. I do it about once a month, my finish looks good besides all the fucking stone chips on the hood

microfiber towels is the only way to go when you wash your car, they will not leave marks or nothing, no lint or anything behind
i have a local distributor that sells them that i think are better prices that CLpower's website, ill get it from my buddy when i talk to him next

What's wrong with both? I used hand glaze and then wax after as part of a four step process. I don't know how cleaner wax alone would have compared to all this stuff. Dark cars the gloss shows up more dramatically though, that's the thing.. my CL is light blue. Has anybody used the Zaino leather/vinyl treatment?

I used the professional grade (tan bottle) swirl mark remover and it worked on the really bad swirls. I usually use 3m cleaner wax with scratch remover and it remove's light swirls. I'm just too fucking lazy to do the whole daymn car, when the next day its dirty already.

Autopia is great, but sometimes you have to read between the lines on peoples views

My friend hooked me up with some meguiars product that took out alllll the swirl marks on my black cl. I dont rememebr what its called but it comes in a light beige bottle (maybe all meguiars come in that color i dunno, but just in case).....well any ways i applied it like a wax and i put it everywhere but the roof cuz i was too lazy and sure enough you cant see them any more, except for the sides of the roof which i didnt touch....
