Should I Rebuild or Buy

Wassup man

its me again with tranny probs. So im calling around shops and one guy says he charges 550 for labor. so it can run me 1000 to fix the problem, but the tranny only has a 3 month warranty. If it fux up again then i would have to pay to get it out and put one in again and I do not want to visit the damn mechanic for the rest of this cars life.

I mean used tranny could be laying in the junk yard in rain.

I was talking to another dude who says he has been in the business of just rebuilding transmissions for 22 years and that he never puts in a used transmission on a car. He only messes with original tranny.

So let me get this straight. Your asking if you should spend a grand on a used tranny?
