A short with my horn

Can anyone help tell me how to remove the cover from my steering wheel to get to the horn wires. When ever I lock my wheel to the right my horn works other than that it doesn't.

You need to do more than just remove the cover. And unless you know what you're doing, it's not a good idea with the airbag and all.
