What's the trick to removing the seats in a 1st Gen CL (98 3.0) ?

My driver's seat is loose and rocks a bit on acceleration... It looks like its loose from where the front bolt on the door side would be located. I can't see that bolt as it is covered by the end of the plastic housing for the trunk/fuel door release handles on the floor.

I removed screw hidden by the little plastic hatch on top of the plastic cover. That definitely loosened the cover but after tugging and wiggling, that cover didn't want to come off, and I still can't see where the bolt holding the driver's seat.

Do I just pull harder? Use a crowbar? Any advice?
