rotor over hub conversion for 97 CL 2.2

Hey guys

I just need to confirm since im getting conflicting reviews from everywhere. To do a rotor over hub conversion for my 97 CL 2.2 I'll need

1) 98-99 CL hub
2) 98-99 CL rotors

Apart from the hub and rotor do I need to get the 98 CL's bearings as well to fit on the new hub or will bearings for the 97 work? Also the knuckle.. will keeping my 97 CL's knuckle work as well?

Thanks!
