Removing the dash

I was going to install some LED map lights that swivel onto my dash board, only problem now is that I dont wasnt a bunch of wires laying everywhere. I would like to take the dash off and run the light wires out beside the vents, but I cant figure out how to get the dash off. I tried searching the sight and didnt really get anything except that its a true pain in the ass if anyone has done this please give me a brief run down and what to avoid doing so i dont break anything.

Thanx in advance for any help.

just do it from the underside... taking the dash off is not an easy, nor practical job.
