im really interested in buying a comptech icebox.... for my 99 3.0
i also wouldnt mind a aem sri as well.. but my question is

does anyone in this forum have a comptech icebox in their 3.0?... does it fit without modification?.. and how much does a comptech intake go for...

i see one on ebay right now for 98-02 accord v6 for 275US.... i know this cost more than a v2.. but i dont want an intake that makes a lot of noise.. and the comptech is near stock with the highest performance gains...
so if you guys know anything about the comptech icebox let me know..

yea i have done a search but it seems like no first gens have it.... there are A LOT of 2nd gens that have it though.

I didn't think the icebox was compatible with 1st gen CL's....

And the V2 is a lot louder than the icebox. Iceboxes are generally quiet. Some people claim they hear more of a growl @ Vtec, others say no...
