question?

is it normal to hear a hissing wind sound from the
aem short ram intake
this happens when the car idles

yes it is normal.....it just comes with the short ram. Thats the only thing i don't like about them.

did u hear about that new intake by aem,
it s suppose to outperform the old ones
something about new tech.

u like short ram or cold air
i got short ram/by i want to have cold air
there was once i was at a traffic light around my hood
this 98 accord pulls up, some chic is driving it
soon as she take s off
i could hear an aggresssive sucking sound
ive been searching for that mod,
is it another brand name of intake s or somthng.
it almost sounds like a s 2000 sound,
tight tight; could u make any sense out of this

yeah the V2, someone just posted something about it. Why waste your money though, buy injen which out performs all?

Everyones opinionated, some people like short rams for the tone/noise and throttle response, while others opt for the more expensive, quiet, but a few more hp gains. Personally, i am a short ram guy, and am searching for an injen at a good price right now. I have a weapon R dragon, but the filter is foam and not as good as injen's, so rather than clean it, i want a new one....gonna sell the weapon r though.

so your saying that injen outperforms all of them
iam gonna get an injen then,
it sounds better than an aem
