power drivers seat wont move

ok, i took the drivers side seat out ....and when i put it back in and plugged in the two plugs underneath it automatically moved as far back as possible.....now....it wont move at all...........i dont understand....took it back out..checked the two plugs underneath, one big one small...the big has two powers and two grounds....both work fine...the small plug has 2 wires and neither has power which makes me think one is dead....cause why would there be two ground wires running therechecked all my fuses- theyre fine. i have a 97 2.2 without heated seats........any ideas?
