do the headlights have a yellowish haze on the outside? if so, you can take it to a body shop and they'll sand them down and polish them... they'll look like new and it shouldnt cost you more than $50

to drop it. Although having a dropped car in Florida is not good due to frequent floods. However, I never have problems this problem since my block never gets flooded, and if other areas around my block are flooded I either find an alternate route or just leave my car at home and borrow my sisters expedition or my brother in-laws Ram1500. I understand your concern, and if your area gets easily flooded then I wouldn't recommend a drop. I mean look what happened to your brothers CL.
